The reason I enrolled in this Quest... I tend to get very drained around negative people, I pick up on their energy and emotions, I even feel their thoughts, that disconnects me from my energy and my own feelings.
I want to learn how to protect my energy. I want to learn how to focus easier, focusing tends to be hard for me. I would like to to be able to heal myself faster than I manage to do.
