I am very grateful for this program because it has given me ways to contact my spirit guide, higher self, and above all myself. What I really appreciate is a clear explanation in every chapter with illustrations and diagrams that enhance my understanding of various concepts and training methods. The length of the program, 8 weeks, also feels appropriate. Since at this moment, it is not all the time that I can see the faces of my guides, I will keep practicing meditation by going over the materials again.
