"I’ve learned far more from Duality than I ever expected"

A couple of months ago, I started the Duality quest by Jeffrey Allen because I wanted to learn how to work with energy. I wasn’t sure what to expect of it, but what I got out of it has been so much more profound than I could have imagined.

One of my biggest breakthroughs was changing the way I look at so-called “negative” periods in life. When I used to feel stuck, anxious, or low, I would label it as “bad” and get frustrated with myself for being in that state. Now, I see those moments as growth periods. They’re not failures — they’re part of the process. With that shift in perspective, I move through them so much faster and without the self-judgment that used to weigh me down.

Another big transformation for me was around people-pleasing. I used to make decisions based on what I thought others expected of me, which kept me playing small. Through this quest, I understood where that came from — and more importantly, I learned how to change it. Today, I feel much more confident in showing up as my true self.

One of the most eye-opening lessons was discovering that we all see others through a “filter” in our energy field — and that we can choose to clear it. This single insight has completely changed how I view and connect with people, in the most beautiful way.
