I took the class a number of years ago but I still use the techniques on a daily basis. I'm conscious of my energy and will take time to connect to the earth, or run my energy. Recently I cut my finger and I remember the story Jeffrey shared. I looked at my index finger that was cut and looked at the index finger on my other hand and visualized the cut finger looking healed to match. I sent it energy and the next day, what could have been a serious cut had healed where I could take the bandage off.
