Before the quest my life was fixed on how difficult and low and unjust my life was. I was overwhelmed with everything going on. Despite being so accomplished I felt I was so useless. Low in self esteem. I didn’t know why. Things were done to me which I thought were unjust. After the course, I could recognise the blocked energies. I could practically do the meditation processes which helped me so much to understand what state I was in. I could get out of the victim state and start being in the manifestor stage. I could objectively look at my life without being drained in self pity. I also realised what was draining me. I learnt to heal myself !! Almost since a year, my ankle sprain prevented me from walking or exercising normally. I could heal it and I’m so so happy about it!! I even jog every day. It feels so amazing. Thank you Jeffrey for your wonderful teaching and practical sessions!! I’m indebted to you!!
