I was skeptical of Mindvalley when I started, but needed a change in my life, I needed new tools to meet some big changes I was going through.
I had met the love of my life but was meeting parts of resistance within myself. I was launching my dream career but was learning about all the places I needed to grow so that I could step into the life I wanted to build.
I took this course over 12 weeks. I spread it out so that I could really practice the tools and engage in the content when I was ready to integrate new teachings.
Jeffery is an amazing energy worker. He is the first person I have ever seen use energy across time and space (meaning his energy communicates strongly even though he is on a video AND even though I am not taking the class live).
Over the course of the class, I moved from multitasking while watching the video to giving him my full attention because I could really see the difference in my results.
This class is just the beginning, but I feel more competent, capable and courageous than I have before. Major goals that I set at the program start are on their way (I am on a pathway to acquire millions of dollars to build a community and environmental center, and I am reaching new intimacy in all my relationships).
I feel happier, stronger, more connected and supported. I feel I am better able to embody and radiate love, both for myself and others.
