"It’s so much fun!"

I was looking for a teacher who can help me to channel my energy in a more healthy way. I love to be among the crowds especially with job related and very content of my presence that can make other people feel good but can be so overwhelming and drained at times. 

As time went by, I really enjoy the training because I am a meditation practitioner for 17 years. Grateful for all my teachers I learnt something so precious from but never learned about the energy tools Jeffrey guide us here to make us feel grounded, safe and alive!!! I guess Jeffrey Duality training showed up at the right time in my life. And It’s so much FUN! 

Towards the end there was a big surprise that the training turn out to help me discover the Greatest Love of All. It s been a life long journey of 45 years running away from FEAR looking for ACCEPTANCE and searching for safe heaven and a knight riding a white horse to rescue. 

Now I have finally found that person... My Very Own Self... right here where I am. And heaven will incredibly follow right where you are. It’s Magic! I will spread a smile and my crazy laugh with the world and for the world even louder! Eternally Grateful to Jeffrey and Mindvalley team. Big Warm Tight Hug ??? Bless us all and Stay Safe ?
