I've had the most amazing experiences last week, doing some major healing work for people and learning so much. Personally I've been working on self esteem, self worth and confidence and during a hypnosis session got this light bulb moment of where this originated from, and what the belief was. It was all about being judged by others, caring what people thought of me. I thought to myself this is it! and now I know it, and have the tools from this class, I can heal it and move forward with confidence. I'm so grateful once again.
