After nearly 30 years of silence, to the point of almost being mute. I came off medication almost three years ago. My life has changed dramatically, and with a great deal of help from many quarters, I am now able to speak.

My emotions which for the last while have been intense, and now calming, and becoming more subtle. Yesterday, I simply felt sad, no drama or no fragmented, jagged raw pain. Just sad, a few tears and I knew progress had been made.
I am learning a lot from this course, from this group, and from Jeffery Allen, whose teaching style is a pleasure.
Another layer peeled, and more clarity coming. Thank you for being here, this course is transformational in ways, none of us could foretell, and just keeps evolving. All I can say is thank you.
