"I am able to use the skills that I learned in my work with my own clients"

This quest was a missing link for me in helping me integrate even more deeply into my own energy healing practice. Each session was so succinctly laid out, which really highlights the fact that Jeffrey is a true master of his craft. He was able to explain profound concepts with clarity and simplicity.

Before I started this quest I was familiar with the concept of Chakras as the energy centers of the body but didn't know how to work with them in order to clear energy. Now I am able to use the skills that I learned in my work with my own clients to help them achieve greater results.

The biggest positive change I've noticed from going through this quest is how I am able to hold my own energetic space without merging into other people's energy. As an empath, that was something I really struggled with. This shift alone has had such a positive impact on how I feel on a day to day basis and my ability to be present with others. I truly grateful for the personal growth I achieved through the Duality quest.
