I started being interested in energy, energy healing, chakras, spirituality, etc. in my early 40s. I started doing yoga and meditation. A year ago I was blessed with a ‘spiritual wakening’. It’s been an excruciatingly painful period of my life but I can definitely see the positive lessons from this experience. I’ve always liked the idea of manifesting and intuition but never believed I could really do it for myself. Since this ‘awakening’ I have delved deep into many healing modalities. Trying to let go of limiting beliefs and patterns has been the hardest. Being present, letting go of what no longer serves me, etc. I am very excited for this program. Excited to create a life I love. Thank you!
