I am so grateful for this class. After the second time of listening to the lecture and doing the pictures meditation, I felt a tremendous shift.
For a week prior I had been feeling anxiety and fear from feeling that I lacked a loved one's attention and affection because he was busy with a project at the time and didn't communicate as often as he would usually. After the meditation, I was able to shift my focus from lack and anxiety to creating a soft space of gratitude and love that enveloped both of us. I can see the vastness of his capacity for love, and can let his expressions of affection and attention bring me happiness. A couple hours after doing the meditation, he called me and we had a 2-hour conversation where he asked me out on his next available day over the holidays. Talk about results!
