"I am seeing a difference!"

Before this program I spent decades - I am 62 - diligently seeking ways to reduce my depression, and to raise my energy. I ended love relationships, interrupted education, moved across the country, changed and tweaked and eliminated what i ate to the point where i stick with no dairy, very little wheat-based foods (occasionally i eat pita bread, but avoid cakes, and most other baking), homeopathy, yoga, and lots of rest. i was always, always looking for insight. i even saw a healer in 2001 who 'put my soul back in its bowl' that was an experience! he told me i was from 'away' and did not know how to define my sacred space. i kept learning and trying new things, always seeking what would fit. now, having completed and done over and over! - 4 lessons, i can say that I am seeing a difference! I find moving energy has become a practice that i love and will use forever. thank you!
