I am a nationally licensed mental health counselor and a former critical care nurse. I started studying energy about 8 years ago when I discovered the connection between our physical health and our mental health. I love learning more about the power of energy, particularly when it comes to the mind. 
I signed up for Jeffrey Allen's Duality class. What I loved about it was the lessons were fairly short and yet very impactful. I could easily watch one or even two per day. Jeffrey has such a calm presence but his content was packed with valuable information which he made it easy to understand. 
I have recommended Mindvalley to my friends and my clients. It has provided an easy way for me to keep up with spirituality as well as other topics I have found helpful for my personal life as well as my professional life.
