Before I started this program I knew that there was more to life than what's in the physical world. I've only been through the intro of this program, but I already felt the slight burden of overwhelm lighten as I opened myself up to becoming more spiritually fit. I received a sense of confirmation in my heart that I will improve the quality of my life by going through this course, and it's really exciting!
