"Before I start this program I didn’t have any knowledge that is covered in the program"

Before I start this program I didn’t have any knowledge that is covered in the program. Now I can ground myself, find my center mind, and higher mind. Once I had a problem I needed a solution and the next day I found a solution very unexpectedly. I contributed it to practicing Duality. 
I am now trying to learn to quiet myself as I am by nature very excitable person and react before thinking. I hope I would be able to change myself. 
I also have to say thank Jeffrey is an excellent teacher, very professional, extremely well organized, and gives very clear instructions. Thank you ?? ?
