“My girlfriend and I were able to repair what was broken between us – and, years later, we are now engaged”

It was a really dark time after a somewhat unexpected breakup that led me to Conscious Uncoupling and Katherine Woodward Thomas’s work. It seemed that my girlfriend and I were in a cycle that just kept repeating itself, and at the time, I felt powerless to change any of that. 

Going through the steps of Conscious Uncoupling was an experience that taught me so much about myself, and gave me not only the ability to see my part in how it all had transpired, but also the power to heal and shift the things within me that were largely responsible for the breakup. It also helped to restore an inner sense of peace – that I was going to be ‘OK’ no matter what.

With my own inner work (and some patience) my girlfriend and I were able to repair what was broken between us – and, years later, we are now engaged, building a life together, and creating programs to help other couples thrive in love. Conscious Uncoupling works!
