I am a single mother, but this was my choice. And sometimes is really hard to cope with both roles. I made mistakes due to my beliefs and what I’ve learned in my childhood. And one day I had sort of a revelation: something has to change. It is not right fir my daughter and it is not right for me ti continue that way. Listening to what dr Shefali said was like listening to my thoughts I had about parenting: deep down in my soul I feel and I know this is what I need.
