Before taking this Quest I was a mom looking to learn how to discipline my 2 yr old and 10 yr old daughters. The only thing seeming to work with for my 2 yr old was yelling and spanking. I didn't tell or spank her whole life until around when she was 2. I couldn't stand myself for it and I didnt want that to be the answer. For my 10 yr old I've caught myself shaming her or giving her judgement and disapproval when she's done things not exactly how I would have. I have to change. But I needed a path to follow. I was doing all I knew from my own childhood. I've just started this quest but am very hopeful to learn, heal, and evolve during this sacred quest to become more authentic myself and to gift my girls with conscious parenting they deserve.
