Conscious Parenting Mastery

"I hope that by healing and loving my inner child, i'll be a better father figure"

As I begin this program I am a father of 5 kids and I sometimes struggle to control my anger and my temper. When I lose my temper and get angry I feel the loss of dignity and self-respect after I have calmed down, but not always in the moment when the red mist is present.
The level of patience required to raise kids (2) with Autism, to raise step-children (2) and a baby as well (14 months old)is hard to describe but chaotic and bedlam are frequent during some weeks or months. Some days are really good and easy, where a positive flow of energy moves us together instead of apart - which seems to be happening more often lately.
I hope that by healing and loving my inner child, i'll be a better father figure, a better step-parent, and a more conscious and aware human being.
