I am so grateful I said yes to this course, and so grateful for everyone and Dr Shefali, who did this work ahead of us so we could all more clearly see the path!
I began very hopeful and so many of my ideas, thoughts and beliefs about myself and my relationship with my children were connected during this month. But I've finished at an unexpected place... feeling I've climbed a mountain, but finding myself still at the bottom. Of traveling so far in my consciousness journey over the years, but now seeing how very far I've yet to go. It's a bit discouraging for sure, and humbling. I really thought I knew more, but at least I see where I need to grow further.
I began with an oracle card to open the journey. It was "Cave ~ receptivity". Today I asked for another to mark the end of the course (I will do I it again though!), and the beginning of the rest of my journey.
