The biggest change is the confidence I now have. Knowing that I am exactly where I need to be and that I know I will be ok, even when facing the biggest 'failures'.
One of the biggest insights during the CCM Course was that if you fail or get 'rejected', the infinite possibilities opening up on the other side are only possible because of the failure. The failure or rejection becomes the facilitator. It's truly beautiful.
The biggest positive change is definitely my confidence in my continued coaching journey.
