"My confidence was boosted 1000% as I eventually moved from the "back of the class" to show up to receive hot-seat coaching"

It was super-exciting for me when I received an email to attend Supercoach 2024. I was at an uncertain time in my life where I was questioning the decision I had made to go into transformational coaching full-time. 

Outside of Mindvalley, I had done courses on copywriting, selling & marketing, etc but I was more confused on how to widen my reach, how to approach prospects, how to be effective at my messaging, what I needed to do to be seen and how to take my business to the next stage. I had also been working through visibility and other limiting beliefs around money. 

Supercoach got me so excited about the potentiality of Coaching Career Mastery. It opened the window for me to see what I could achieve if I gave this my all. I wanted more because I didn’t have a story, I had a business vision but I was at a loss on how to give it life, I needed help with social media and my messaging, I struggled with sales and finding my audience. I wanted further training from Ajit, Lisa Nichols, Renata and Paul McKenna. 

So I decided to invest in myself, ignoring the fears about the almost triple cost for me for the programme. I felt this was the programme that would get me to the next level - my springboard. 

Now, as I review the Intention Strategy I had written at the start of Coaching Career Mastery, it’s amazing that I have achieved almost everything I intended. 

* Giving 100%, attending all live classes, doing all assignments gave me a more solid foundation, improved my messaging and gave clarity for who I serve, where to find them, a more aligned business structure and many personal stories to my portfolio. 

* My confidence was boosted 1000% as I eventually moved from the "back of the class" to show up to receive hot-seat coaching, do outreach and be myself, taking me way out of my comfort zone. I also gained so much from fellow classmates in the hot seat. 

* I know without reservation that I'm not the same person I was at the start of Coaching Career Mastery and my business is not the same. And while I did not achieve the target sales I intended (the only intention not met as everything happens in its time), I know I have achieved so much value that increases my wealth. I’ve had some leaps already in sales but I feel the biggest breakthrough is literally around the corner and will happen because my coaching skills have been fine-tuned through letting go of the beliefs and fears that were no longer serving me. 

This is why I'll recommend Coaching Mastery to everyone who wants to really be their best at making the most transformational differences for others. The coaching in itself gives you real examples of how to be a better coach. 

I loved that the programme covered all areas of running a coaching business and applied to all levels of mastery. My top 3 takeaways: 

• "Sales is about developing relationships." This blasted through all resistance and gave me a fresh insight to building clients. 
 • Handling objections and the power of silence in sales... Golden! 
 • Engaging clients and prospects through emailing and social media using AI tools. This far surpassed expectation and helped me through the second-guessing of my copywriting. 

In all, I felt seen, heard, held and expertly guided by Ajit and his team of expert coaches (Eric, Tori, Aarti and Xue). Thank you! The accountability calls were a bonus that made a huge difference in making this programme a success. I'm very grateful to be part of this coaching family and to have shared this awesome journey with such beautiful classmates. I’m so happy that I took this leap and decided to trust the deep call within.
