Before I started the Chakra Healing course I was insecure about launching my own Chakra course, despite having studied the subject for years. I believed I was 1 in the many and suffered from Imposter syndrome. By doing the exercises offered by Anodea Judith, I realised that my limiting beliefs were still fed from the past traumas and how I was treated as a child. Knowing this, I can now recognise the behaviour of procrastination and judgement and move on, knowing there is no divide in Love.
