I am so pleased with my transition from who I was to who I am now. I look forward to continuing to become. When I was in conversation with a friend, I told him that I had many 'ah ha moments' without the usually associated pain. He asked what they were. I journaled the next day - and my list totaled over 30 lessons learned during a few short weeks! Absolutely amazing. I appreciated the opportunity to take this class.
