"I think out of 22 quests this one had the most impact on my life"

I have completed this quest twice. Before doing this quest, I had extreme burnout, anxiety, stress and I was also suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Learning and pricing the breathwork on a regular from Mindvalley and SOMA breath, has helped me regulate my emotions, relieve anxiety and made me feel better, blissful and in control. I am grateful to Niraj Naik and Mindvalley for this quest.
I think out of 22 quests this one had the most impact on my life. I feel positive and have a greater purpose in my life. Hopefully, I also plan to become a SOMA breath instructor. If you change your life and love your life, I say just do this quest
