"My confidence in who I am as a person and a coach has grown so much"

During this program I have not only changed and developed exponentially as a coach, I have had significant changes in myself, my confidence in who I am as a person and a coach has grown so much. I feel myself stepping more and more into myself with each day that passes. I have learned to slow down and concentrate so much more on connection, I just let it flow and enjoy playing. My focus was always on serving as powerfully as possible, but now it has deeper layers, I also focus on playing now. Playing has now become my natural state. I no longer view coaching as a way to make money, it’s a way to play full out and have the greatest impact. I now exclusively work with women who want to have huge impact on the world and whom inspire the pants off of me. I’ve started a group for women who want to come together to create change in the world called Rebel Women on LinkedIn. I have to say the bonus live calls with our community and Rich made such a difference, those calls were helpful and inspiring. Both calls with Rich had such an impact for me, the new techniques Rich taught in the final call were great and I have implemented them already. I feel privileged to be one of the first leaders he has taught them too. I will be going back to the tools and training in this program again and again and I cannot wait for new updates. I was already a bold person and a fearless coach, I’m now a bold rebel and fearless female leader. Thanks to the tools and insights gained from this experience I now see myself as much more than a coach and I bring much more of my bold self to the table and very comfortably too.
