I have been in the process of pivoting my 25 yr career in Executive Search, Talent Management and Human Capital Consulting in the corp world to my own Executive Coaching and Leadership & Development Facilitation Company. 
I knew I was good at what I do, but didn't know how to really translate it into my own business in a way to get over imposter syndrome and how to run the "business" behind launching my coaching "business". 
 After this course and learning from Rich, I think I 5x'd my business in just over 1 month!
