The reason I enrolled in Being An Exponential couch is because I was being asked to advise, lead, mentor more and more. I wanted to guide myself through a coaching program to understand what seasoned coaches use as far as structure and modalities. This was a personal choice so that I could feel empowered and confident in my pursuit of leading and guiding.
