“Listening to Rich has brought so much out of me"

I've been coaching on and off for 10 years and this year made the decision to step back from being a full time veterinarian with the nice salary and take up coaching. I still work a little as a vet to pay the bills, but I've taken a big drop. I am always good when I'm with clients but struggle to sell myself - because I hate it. Listening to Rich has brought so much out of me and I've began working on who I am as a coach and what sort of coach I am - and I've tried many labels lol. I was getting there slowly but watching Rich interview Constantine on lesson 11 opened me right up. Thankfully not for the same reasons he had, and I'd like to publicly thank him for his brave sharing. But I realised I have spent the last 10-15 years of my life saying to myself and even out loud, that I was not fulfilling my potential and was terrified that I'd reach the end of my life like that. Then I realised that being coached and then coaching was doing exactly that. And the people I loved coaching were those who I saw potential and wanted to help them realise it. I wanted nobody to feel like I feel. As Rich has said, it was like someone had shown me I was wearing glasses.

I was already speaking more powerfully to who I was thanks to Rich, now, along with Constantine's help I feel amazing about who I am and want to have a conversation with everyone I meet. Thank you so much guys, Amazing.
