Being an Exponential Coach is the first coaching program I have ever taken, and it has hit me in a powerful way! I have learnt so much from the journey, but most importantly, I feel like it gave me the right tools to keep getting the right insights after finishing the program. Rich is an inspiring human being and thanks to him I have found a new way of coaching that I am really passionate about and gave me increased confidence towards creating my own future.
