WOW! This program really opens up the mind to things you otherwise take for granted. Before I started this program, I was holding onto old ideas that, come to think of it, didn't serve me-the dreaded BRULES. This program just put so many things into perspective especially in regards to channeling my energy towards the positive. I definitely feel lighter and have thoroughly enjoyed the meditation techniques and nuances that Vishen has so kindly talked about in such detail.
