"I am now more calm and centered and make time for myself"

Before this program I was highly stressed and anxious and had started holding on to grudges and anger... which is not who I normally am but some circumstances in life turned me hard and bitter
 The program helped me to heal and grow andnl love myself once again.
 After the program, I am now more calm and centered and make time for myself and my personal growth which in turn benefits everyone around me.
 Thank you very much Vishen and team very sad to have the course come to an end. But excited for the future ahead.
