I’ve been a Mindvalley subscriber for a number of years and have always appreciated the fact that there is so much free content through the master classes. This has, undoubtedly, contributed to my progress, both mentally and emotionally (when I first came across Mindvalley, I was feeling pretty lost and insecure).
What I loved about the Be Extraordinary course is that it ties up so much of this information into an easily digestible learning experience and shows you how to implement what you’ve learned into everyday life. It’s sometimes hard to see the progress you’ve made when you’re in the process of going through life and it’s experiences, but this course helped me to evaluate and reflect on how far I’ve come and what I’ve achieved. My first ever masterclass with Mindvalley was the Burt Goldman class, so I really appreciated the call back to it in this course! It’s stuck with me all this time, and it was great to have this practice refreshed in my mind. Since finishing the course, I’m meditating daily as soon as I wake up, knowing that even a few minutes can make all the difference to my day. I feel much clearer on what I want with my 3 Most Important Questions as guidance, and even when I have an ‘off’ day, I am able to be compassionate with myself and objective so I can use the experience for growth and learning instead of beating myself up. In fact, my appetite for learning is almost insatiable! Luckily, there’s no shortage of relevant opportunities coming my way these days. It’s as if I’m being provided with all the answers I need.
