Before participating in Vishen's Mindvalley course I was a raw beginner in meditation yet I was pretty good at expanded awareness and Deep State Repatterning exercises for my clients and have been coached with these modalities myself with great success.
What Vishen has taught me is how to combine meditation with my own purpose and vision and in my everyday life.... it's making such a difference with breakthrough thinking for my business and practice and has helped to move forwards and manifest what I've previously been bogged down in and what I've felt incapable of doing.
Now I cant believe that I'm actually working on healing others which is beyond my wildest expectations of this method, and although I'm feeling really clunky right now I have great confidence I am getting the hang of it.
