"Throughout the quest, I got over my fear and I spoke to more and more people"

Hey, my name is Jack and I am right now in a new place, where I don't know anybody. I had some trouble getting speaking to other people. Throughout the quest, I got over my fear and I spoke to more and more people.

I'm still afraid of speaking to some people but all these technics are awesome and helped me already, I see so many opportunities, I just need to start going for them. But that is still the most important thing.

But I know now that the most important thing is the action, after the visualization.
