I attended the 7 Sacred States Challenge from Vishen. It was transformational for me to learn about the 7 states and I could relate to most of them. Vishen, a master of communicating what I needed to know, very clearly conveyed the exact meaning of the states through definitions, stories and real life examples. Each day, I had something awesome to learn and apply. This programme helped me rewire the misconceptions I had with some of my beliefs. Thank you, Vishen for being an awesome teacher!
