My awakening. I was down and out in 2017/2018. Lost my Dad to cancer then Son within a 6 month period. I faced huge personal challenges, depression, anxiety, suicide, I was in a dark place, many times wanting to end the pain and suffering, pain killers and sleeping pills within easy reach, it could have been very different, but with help, there was a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. After a lot of counseling and hypnotherapy, which I still have today, you start embarking on a new life of personal growth and spiritual awakening. After the struggles, I went through I took some time to go through my values as a person and what they represent.
1. Acceptance - To provide a space for people where they can be embraced for what is without judgment
2. Kindness - To offer a space of concern and consideration for others.
3. Peace - Offering peace where you are able to improve the quality of your life
4. Health - Show others how to live a full life, where you can bounce back from adversity and pain
5. Service - Help others practice gratitude and focus on what they want for themselves, their loved ones, their community and the world as a whole. This course has helped me write my blueprint for the soul.
