I have been following Vishen Lakhiani for many years. I could recently enroll as a member, I have completed the Silva Ultramind Method, the 6 Phase Meditation, and I am about to complete the Code of Extraordinary Mind.
I have read Vishen's three books, The Buda and the Badass, The 6 Phase Meditation and The Code of Extraordinary Mind.
The techniques I learned as a Silva graduate several decades ago have been part of me with good results. It is a gift, a blessing, to have a chance to refresh, update, and learn new concepts from Vishen, as my teacher, in these amazing virtual classes.
I am so pleased with the content, with his wisdom, with his passion, his style and his authenticity.
I am looking forward to completing many classes as possible.
