What can I say? I don't have a 'Lisa Nicols' story to tell.
I'm 61 and "Miles to go before I sleep." I used to be the 'Go-To' person when friends and colleagues needed pointing in the right direction. I just never connected the dots early enough. It makes sense now. I couldn't meditate. I do so now. I was always more introspective, I'm more comfortable vocalizing now. I've always believed in 'Bending Reality'. I have now learned the tools to live in that zone. One of the more fun things is the physical self and really developing the physique and athleticism to continue my active participation in Field Hockey. I'm really grateful for that. The shifts are very subtle and I'm seeing and learning them slowly. Thank you Vishen and Mindvalley!
