I enjoy and love segment intending. And gratitude exercise helped me focus on other people more. And remembering to have gratitude for me. I find it extremely difficult to visualize. I want to start over with this 30 days and try to visualize. I don't see anything. The only practice I was successful at was talking to my future self Thank you Gwena
