I've been seeking spiritual awakening my whole life.... recently found freedom to pursue my own growth and found Vishen's 7 Sacred States, just as I was starting a meditation home retreat. I'm so glad to know the 7 states align with what I've learned, but the daily stories, exercises, and resources he shared were so helpful for understanding and integrating.
