I started the program almost two years into a battle with non-hodgkin’s lymphoma. Choosing to heal naturally, had been doing things on many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. Somehow I was still getting frustrated with my progress and the direction I was headed in my life. I was already meditating before, but learning the six phase meditation took me to the next level. I believe this course was one of the ingredients that lead me to the place where I now declare, I am healed. I thank you all at Mindvalley for your help in my personal quest.
