Awakening My Awakening started about 3 years ago, after many years of suffering from low self-esteem and lack of confidence, feeling socially awkward, suffering from anxiety attacks and depression due to childhood trauma, I discovered EFT Tapping (thank you Nick Ortner!) and found great relieve from the attacks, and slowly over time, I was able to deal better with depression. I then found Mindvalley through FaceBook and started doing Vishen's free Masterclasses. I also then started reading personal growth books and started focusing on working out and eating healthier and slowly I've been making progress and seeing brules in my life and working on eliminating them. I believe I'm at the Awakening stage still, probably a 2.5, so excited for growth!! Thanks Vishen and all you wonderful people!!
