Wow wow wow, thank you so much. What an awesome program. Before the program I had started my journey with other programmes but this has truly transformed me and increased my knowledge and tools. I feel stronger, happier, more in control of my life, and excited for the future. I am going through an exceptionally difficult time at the moment but I know it is giving me the skills to move onto my next journey and I’m enjoying visualising being there.
