By attending the 7 Sacred States live with Vishen, I have developed an improved way of showing up for myself, for navigating life and for becoming UnF*ckWithable. The way he tied relatable stories to each of the 7 states resonated with me, gave me an “ah ha” moment (or 5) each day, allowed me to really take a step back to see where I can make course corrections and tied it all together in a way that is going to stick with me.
