7 day Sacred states challenge :- It was the most amazing 60 minutes of those 7 days. From 1) getting to know or remembering who I am to 2) trusting things that are beyond my control to 3)being a human with kindness and compassion for self and beyond to 4)being absolutely in silence with my ownself to 5)concentrating only in things that are in my hands and letting go off the rest to 6)committing myself 100% to the present moment to 7) graciously receiving that are awaiting me ...what a journey it was. I am still getting used to this way of living but promised myself that consciously every single moment I will choose to be this so that soon it will be my identity / my nature . Absolutely grateful for Vishen and Mindvalley for giving me this and grateful to myself for choosing to receive this
