Before the program, I was going in circles. I had many ideas, actions, and beliefs I had been working on, but I didn’t have a clear structure. I couldn’t see how everything related to each other, so even though I was doing a lot, it often felt scattered and slower than it needed to be.
The 7 sacred states challenge helped me bring order and clarity. It showed me what was really important and where to focus, which made implementation easier and faster. Instead of trying to hold everything at once, I could prioritize and move forward with intention.
It was like finally having a map.
Now my life feels lighter and more balanced. I enjoy both small and big moments much more, feel genuinely grateful, and notice a deeper sense of safety and ease than before. I’m not pushing anymore—I’m moving forward with clarity.
