"I felt a sense of opening, strengthening, feeling more power and clarity"

During this program, I felt Spring was in me too, besides her obvious presence in plants and animals around me.

I felt a sense of opening, strengthening, feeling more power and clarity. I now rather question the idea of perpetual growth in sense of following new courses every month instead of practicing those exercises I learned last month over and over again until They have become part of me. so I suggest I do this training a couple of times just to get grip on those exercises. thanks for the guidance.
