"Thanks to this program I have become more contemplative"

Before this programme I took offense easily, was critical and judgemental and would dismiss the "offender" of my ego abrasively.
 Thanks to this program I have become more contemplative, can meditate on the issue and either dismiss it as unimportant to my journey or calmly discuss the issue and state what I felt hurt by.
 Now my life is peaceful, I no longer spend sleepless nights agonizing over the incident and handle quirky characteristics - mine and the others, far more gracefully.
